# Điều 34. Xác nhận đăng ký kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường

Trong thời hạn mười (10) ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ đăng ký kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường, cơ quan tiếp nhận hồ sơ có trách nhiệm xem xét, xác nhận đăng ký kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường theo mẫu quy định tại Phụ lục 5.7 Thông tư này. Trường hợp chưa xác nhận phải có thông báo bằng văn bản và nêu rõ lý do theo mẫu quy định tại Phụ lục 5.8 Thông tư này.
