# Điều 2. Đối tượng áp dụng

Thông tư này áp dụng đối với cơ sở y tế bao gồm cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh có giấy phép hoạt động theo quy định của pháp luật về khám bệnh, chữa bệnh, cơ sở y tế dự phòng, cơ sở đào tạo khối ngành sức khỏe, cơ sở nghiên cứu, xét nghiệm, kiểm nghiệm, kiểm định, thử nghiệm y, dược và có phát sinh chất thải y tế; các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân trong nước và nước ngoài có hoạt động liên quan đến quản lý chất thải y tế trên lãnh thổ Việt Nam.
