# Điều 6. Hồ sơ, biểu mẫu đăng ký khai thác nước dưới đất theo quy định tại Nghị định 131/2025/NĐ-CP
Tổ chức, cá nhân nộp 01 bộ hồ sơ (tờ khai) đề nghị đăng ký khai thác nước dưới đất đến Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã bằng hình thức trực tiếp hoặc môi trường mạng hoặc qua dịch vụ bưu chính theo Mẫu số 01 tại Phụ lục I kèm Thông tư này đối với trường hợp khai thác nước cho các mục đích với quy mô không vượt quá 10 m3/ngày đêm, trừ hộ gia đình khai thác nước dưới đất để sử dụng cho sinh hoạt của mình; theo Mẫu số 02 tại Phụ lục I kèm Thông tư này đối với trường hợp sử dụng nước dưới đất tự chảy trong moong khai thác khoáng sản để tuyển quặng, bơm hút nước để tháo khô mỏ.
