*Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Khoa học, Công nghệ và Môi trường, Cục trưởng Cục Chăn nuôi,*

*Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn ban hành Thông tư hướng dẫn việc thu gom, xử lý chất thải chăn nuôi, phụ phẩm nông nghiệp tái sử dụng cho mục đích khác.*
