1\. Tham mưu Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương tổ chức thực hiện thu gom, xử lý chất thải chăn nuôi, phụ phẩm nông nghiệp tái sử dụng cho mục đích khác trên địa bàn.

2\. Hướng dẫn, kiểm tra việc thực hiện Thông tư này tại địa phương và báo cáo kết quả về Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn (qua Vụ Khoa học, Công nghệ và Môi trường).
