# Điều 29. Tổ chức thực hiện

1\. Cục trưởng Cục Biến đổi khí hậu chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức, hướng dẫn và kiểm tra việc thi hành Thông tư này.

2\. Cục trưởng Cục Chuyển đổi số, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị có liên quan trực thuộc Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường, Tổng công ty lưu ký và bù trừ chứng khoán Việt Nam, Sở Giao dịch chứng khoán Việt Nam, Sở Giao dịch chứng khoán Hà Nội và các cơ quan, tổ chức có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Thông tư này.

3\. Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có phát sinh vướng mắc, đề nghị phản ánh về Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường (qua Cục Biến đổi khí hậu) để được hướng dẫn hoặc xem xét, giải quyết./.
