# Điều 3. Giải thích từ ngữ

Trong Thông tư này, các từ ngữ dưới đây được hiểu như sau:

1\. Mã trong nước là một chuỗi ký tự được cấp để định danh hạn ngạch phát thải khí nhà kính hoặc tín chỉ các-bon trên lãnh thổ Việt Nam.

2\. Số sê-ri là một chuỗi ký tự định danh duy nhất được cấp cho từng đơn vị hạn ngạch phát thải khí nhà kính hoặc tín chỉ các-bon trên Hệ thống đăng ký quốc gia.

3\. Tài khoản đăng ký là tài khoản điện tử để truy cập và sử dụng Hệ thống đăng ký quốc gia.

4\. Tiểu khoản là cấu phần thuộc tài khoản đăng ký trên Hệ thống đăng ký quốc gia, được thiết lập để ghi nhận và quản lý số lượng hạn ngạch phát thải khí nhà kính, tín chỉ các-bon theo từng nghiệp vụ.
