# Điều 45. Hiệu lực thi hành

1\. Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 16 tháng 8 năm 2021, trừ trường hợp quy định tại Khoản 2 Điều này.

2\. Chương III Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2022.

3\. Thông tư số 24/2017/TT-BTNMT ngày 01 tháng 9 năm 2017 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định quy trình kỹ thuật quan trắc môi trường và Chương III Thông tư số 43/2015/TT-BTNMT ngày 29 tháng 9 năm 2015 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường về báo cáo hiện trạng môi trường, bộ chỉ thị môi trường và quản lý số liệu quan trắc môi trường hết hiệu lực thi hành kể từ khi Thông tư này có hiệu lực.
