Danh sách các chất POP, lĩnh vực sử dụng, phát sinh các chất POP theo quy định tại các phụ lục A, B, C của Công ước Stockholm và nguyên liệu, nhiên liệu, vật liệu, sản phẩm, hàng hóa, thiết bị có chứa POP được quy định tại Phụ lục 3.1 ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này.
