# 9. Sửa đổi, bổ sung Điều 22 như sau:

**“Điều 22. Mẫu đăng ký môi trường**

Mẫu văn bản đăng ký môi trường của chủ dự án đầu tư, cơ sở theo quy định tại Mẫu số 47 Phụ lục II ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này.”.
