# 4. Bổ sung khoản 9 vào sau khoản 8 Điều 15 như sau:

“9. Đề nghị phê duyệt kết quả thẩm định báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường theo quy định tại Mẫu số 09a Phụ lục II ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này.”.
