# 17. Bổ sung khoản 6 vào sau khoản 5 Điều 42 như sau:

“6. Cơ sở y tế sử dụng sổ giao nhận chất thải y tế nguy hại theo mẫu quy định tại Thông tư số 20/2021/TT-BYT ngày 26 tháng 11 năm 2021 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế quy định về quản lý chất thải y tế trong phạm vi khuôn viên cơ sở y tế hoặc chứng từ chất thải nguy hại khi chuyển giao chất thải y tế nguy hại để xử lý.”.
