*Căn cứ* [*Luật Tài nguyên nước*](/luat-tai-nguyen-nuoc.md) *ngày 27 tháng 11 năm 2023;*

*Căn cứ Nghị định số 68/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2022 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường;*

*Theo đề nghị của Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý tài nguyên nước và Tổng Giám đốc Trung tâm Quy hoạch và Điều tra tài nguyên nước quốc gia;*

*Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường ban hành Thông tư Quy định việc di chuyển, thay đổi vị trí, giải thể trạm quan trắc tài nguyên nước dưới đất.*
