*Căn cứ* [*Luật Tài nguyên nước*](/luat-tai-nguyen-nuoc.md) *ngày 27 tháng 11 năm 2023;*

*Căn cứ Nghị định số 68/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2022 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường;*

*Theo đề nghị của Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý tài nguyên nước;*

*Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường ban hành Thông tư quy định việc kiểm tra việc chấp hành pháp luật về tài nguyên nước và thẩm định, nghiệm thu kết quả hoạt động điều tra cơ bản tài nguyên nước.*
