# Điều 85. Trách nhiệm thực hiện

1\. Các bộ, cơ quan ngang bộ, cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Ủy ban nhân dân các cấp có trách nhiệm chỉ đạo triển khai thực hiện Thông tư này.

2\. Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường có trách nhiệm giúp Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương triển khai thực hiện Thông tư này tại địa phương.

3\. Các tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Thông tư này.
