# Điều 81. Thống kê, theo dõi và công bố nguồn lực chi cho bảo vệ môi trường

1\. Việc thống kê, theo dõi nguồn lực chi cho bảo vệ môi trường thực hiện theo quy định tại Thông tư số 20/2018/TT-BTNMT ngày 08 tháng 11 năm 2018 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định chế độ báo cáo thống kê ngành tài nguyên và môi trường.

2\. Việc công bố nguồn lực chi cho bảo vệ môi trường thực hiện cùng kỳ công bố các chỉ tiêu thống kê ngành tài nguyên và môi trường.
