# Điều 74. Kiểm tra, giám sát, nghiệm thu hoàn thành kế hoạch phục hồi môi trường

1\. Cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân thực hiện kế hoạch phục hồi môi trường có trách nhiệm lập báo cáo kết quả hoàn thành kế hoạch phục hồi môi trường gửi cơ quan phê duyệt kế hoạch sau khi đã hoàn thành toàn bộ các nội dung, yêu cầu của kế hoạch. Báo cáo kết quả hoàn thành kế hoạch phục hồi môi trường là cơ sở để cơ quan phê duyệt kế hoạch xem xét, tổ chức nghiệm thu hoàn thành kế hoạch phục hồi môi trường.

2\. Việc kiểm tra, giám sát, nghiệm thu hoàn thành kế hoạch phục hồi môi trường được thực hiện theo quy định tại khoản 4 Điều 126 Luật Bảo vệ môi trường.
