# Điều 68. Trách nhiệm và kinh phí lập báo cáo hiện trạng môi trường

1\. Trách nhiệm lập báo cáo hiện trạng môi trường:

a) Cơ quan được giao lập báo cáo hiện trạng môi trường trực thuộc Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường giúp Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường lập báo cáo tổng quan và báo cáo chuyên đề về hiện trạng môi trường quốc gia theo quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 120 Luật Bảo vệ môi trường;

b) Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường giúp Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh lập báo cáo tổng quan và báo cáo chuyên đề về hiện trạng môi trường của địa phương theo quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 120 Luật Bảo vệ môi trường.

2\. Kinh phí lập báo cáo tổng quan và báo cáo chuyên đề về hiện trạng môi trường sử dụng nguồn ngân sách sự nghiệp môi trường theo quy định hiện hành.
