# Điều 47. Kiểm tra, đánh giá hồ sơ đăng ký miễn trừ chất ô nhiễm hữu cơ khó phân hủy (POP) làm nguyên

1\. Quyết định thành lập đoàn kiểm tra, đánh giá hồ sơ đăng ký miễn trừ chất POP thuộc Phụ lục XVII ban hành ban hành kèm theo Nghị định số 08/2022/NĐ-CP theo quy định tại Mẫu số 10 Phụ lục III ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này.

2\. Biên bản kiểm tra, đánh giá hồ sơ đăng ký miễn trừ chất POP thuộc Phụ lục XVII ban hành ban hành kèm theo Nghị định số 08/2022/NĐ-CP theo quy định tại Mẫu số 11 Phụ lục III ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này.
