# Điều 43. Thu gom, xử lý bao gói thuốc bảo vệ thực vật phát sinh trong hoạt động nông nghiệp

1\. Việc thu gom bao gói thuốc bảo vệ thực vật phát sinh trong hoạt động nông nghiệp thực hiện theo hướng dẫn của Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn.

2\. Việc xử lý bao gói thuốc bảo vệ thực vật thực hiện theo quy định pháp luật về quản lý chất thải.
