# Điều 20. Hiệu lực thi hành

1\. Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 07 tháng 01 năm 2022.

2\. Bãi bỏ quy định tại Điều 5 Thông tư số 08/2016/TT-BTNMT ngày 16 tháng 5 năm 2016 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định về đánh giá tác động của biến đổi khí hậu và đánh giá khí hậu quốc gia.
