# Điều 15. Danh mục các chất được kiểm soát

1\. Danh mục các chất được kiểm soát cấm sản xuất, nhập khẩu và tiêu thụ theo điểm d khoản 5 Điều 22 Nghị định số 06/2022/NĐ-CP được quy định tại Phụ lục III.1 kèm theo Thông tư này.

2\. Danh mục các chất làm suy giảm tầng ô-dôn được kiểm soát theo điểm b khoản 3 Điều 92 Luật Bảo vệ môi trường được quy định tại Phụ lục III.2 kèm theo Thông tư này.

3\. Danh mục các chất gây hiệu ứng khí nhà kính được kiểm soát theo điểm b khoản 3 Điều 92 Luật Bảo vệ môi trường được quy định tại Phụ lục III.3 kèm theo Thông tư này.

4\. Danh mục các sản phẩm, thiết bị, hàng hóa có chứa hoặc sản xuất từ chất được kiểm soát theo điểm b khoản 3 Điều 92 Luật Bảo vệ môi trường được quy định tại Phụ lục III.4 kèm theo Thông tư này.
