Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 18 tháng 02 năm 2025;

*Căn cứ* [*Nghị định số 08/2022/NĐ-CP*](/nghi-dinh-08-2022-nd-cp.md) *ngày 10 tháng 01 năm 2022 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều của Luật Bảo vệ môi trường;*

*Căn cứ* [*Nghị định số 05/2025/NĐ-CP*](/nghi-dinh-05-2025-nd-cp.md) *ngày 06 tháng 01 năm 2025 của Chính phủ sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Nghị định số 08/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 10 tháng 01 năm 2022 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều của Luật Bảo vệ môi trường;*

*Theo đề nghị của Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường;*

*Thủ tướng Chính phủ ban hành **Quyết định quy định tiêu chí môi trường và việc xác nhận dự án đầu tư thuộc danh mục phân loại xanh.***
