# Điều 19. Hóa chất độc

1. Hóa chất độc bao gồm các hóa chất được quy định tại khoản 5 Điều 4 của Luật hóa chất.
2. Việc mua, bán hóa chất độc phải có Phiếu kiểm soát mua, bán hóa chất độc theo quy định tại **Điều 23** của Luật hóa chất
