# Điều 18. Hóa chất cấm

1. Danh mục hóa chất cấm được ban hành tại Phụ lục III kèm theo Nghị định này.
2. Trong trường hợp đặc biệt để phục vụ mục đích nghiên cứu khoa học, bảo đảm quốc phòng, an ninh, phòng, chống dịch bệnh, việc sản xuất, nhập khẩu, sử dụng hóa chất cấm thực hiện theo quy định tại Điều 19 của Luật hóa chất và quy định của Chính phủ.
