QCVN 61-MT:2016/BTNMT do Tổ soạn thảo Thông tư ban hành Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về môi trường đối với lò đốt chất thải rắn sinh hoạt biên soạn, Tổng cục Môi trường, Vụ Khoa học và Công nghệ, Vụ Pháp chế trình duyệt, Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ thẩm định và được ban hành theo Thông tư số 03/2016/TT-BTNMT ngày 10 tháng 3 năm 2016 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường.
