QCVN 50:2013/BTNMT do *Tổ soạn thảo Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về bùn thải từ quá trình xử lý nước* biên soạn, được xây dựng dựa trên QCVN 07:2009/BTNMT Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về ngưỡng chất thải nguy hại; Tổng cục Môi trường, Vụ Khoa học và Công nghệ, Vụ Pháp chế trình duyệt và được ban hành theo Thông tư số 32/2013/TT-BTNMT ngày 25 tháng 10 năm 2013 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường.
