# QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT

**Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về chất lượng nước sạch sử dụng cho mục đích sinh hoạt QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT** do Cục Quản lý môi trường y tế biên soạn, Vụ Pháp chế trình duyệt, Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ thẩm định, Bộ Y tế ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 41/2018/TT-BYT ngày 14 tháng 12 năm 2018.

Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT thay thế Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về chất lượng nước ăn uống QCVN 01:2009/BYT và Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về chất lượng nước sinh hoạt QCVN 02:2009/BYT được ban hành lần lượt theo Thông tư số 04/20Q9/TT-BYT và Thông tư số 05/2009/TT-BYT ngày 17/6/2009 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế.
