*Căn cứ* [*Luật Tài nguyên nước*](/luat-tai-nguyen-nuoc.md) *ngày 27 tháng 11 năm 2023; Theo đề nghị của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường;*

*Chính phủ ban hành Nghị định quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của* [*Luật Tài nguyên nước*](/luat-tai-nguyen-nuoc.md)*.*

Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 7 năm 2024
