Sửa đổi, bổ sung một số Nghị định có liên quan đến tài nguyên nước 1\. Sửa đổi, bổ sung điểm c khoản 2 Điều 23 của Nghị định số 38/2016/NĐ- CP ngày 15 tháng 5 năm 2016 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều theo Nghị định số 48/2020/NĐ-CP ngày 15 tháng 4 năm 2020 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều của luật khí tượng thủy văn, như sau: “c) Phục vụ xây dựng chiến lược, quy hoạch, kế hoạch phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của bộ, ngành, địa phương theo yêu cầu của Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang bộ, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh; chia sẻ thông tin, dữ liệu vào cơ sở dữ liệu tài nguyên nước quốc gia theo quy định pháp luật về tài nguyên nước để phục vụ công tác quản lý nhà nước về tài nguyên nước”. 2\. Bãi bỏ Điều 1 của Nghị định số 22/2023/NĐ-CP ngày 12 tháng 5 năm 2023 của Chính phủ về sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của các nghị định liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực tài nguyên và môi trường. 3\.
