# Điều 1. Phạm vi điều chỉnh

Nghị định này quy định về đối tượng chịu phí, tổ chức thu phí, người nộp phí, các trường hợp miễn phí, mức thu phí, xác định số phí phải nộp, kê khai nộp phí, quản lý và sử dụng phí bảo vệ môi trường đối với nước thải.
