# Điều 6. Bổ sung điểm l vào sau điểm k khoản 4 Điều 26

“l) Chủ dự án đầu tư công đặc biệt theo quy định của pháp luật về đầu tư công chỉ thực hiện tham vấn thông qua đăng tải trên trang thông tin điện tử theo quy định tại điểm a khoản 3 Điều này.”.
