Trong thời hạn 04 ngày, kể từ ngày nhận hồ sơ đăng ký chứng nhận, Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường có trách nhiệm xem xét tính đầy đủ, hợp lệ của hồ sơ; trường hợp, hồ sơ chưa đầy đủ, hợp lệ phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho tổ chức, cá nhân đăng ký để hoàn thiện hồ sơ. Trong thời hạn 26 ngày, kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ đầy đủ, hợp lệ, Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường tổ chức đánh giá theo trình tự chứng nhận Nhãn sinh thái Việt Nam được quy định tại khoản 2 Điều này.”.
