# Điều 28. Sửa đổi, bổ sung điểm a khoản 1 Điều 97

“a) Mức lưu lượng xả nước thải trung bình của khu sản xuất, kinh doanh, dịch vụ tập trung, cụm công nghiệp, dự án, cơ sở thuộc loại hình sản xuất, kinh doanh, dịch vụ có nguy cơ gây ô nhiễm môi trường từ 200 m<sup>3</sup>/ngày (24 giờ) đến dưới 500 m<sup>3</sup>/ngày (24 giờ); mức lưu lượng xả nước thải lớn từ 500 m<sup>3</sup>/ngày (24 giờ) trở lên;”.
