# 5. Bổ sung điểm đ vào sau điểm d khoản 3 như sau:

“đ) Đầu tư xây dựng và tổ chức vận hành các mô hình thu gom, vận chuyển, xử lý chất thải rắn sinh hoạt và vệ sinh công cộng trên địa bàn.”.
