# 1. Sửa đổi, bổ sung điểm b khoản 2 như sau:

“b) Có khu vực lưu giữ vật liệu, thiết bị sau khi phá dỡ có cao độ nền bảo đảm không bị ngập lụt. Trường hợp sử dụng bãi lưu giữ phải có hệ thống thu gom và xử lý nước mưa chảy tràn bảo đảm đạt quy chuẩn kỹ thuật môi trường;”.
