Trường hợp dự án thuộc đối tượng quan trắc nước thải, bụi, khí thải tự động phải tổ chức theo dõi, giám sát kết quả quan trắc nước thải, bụi, khí thải tự động, liên tục, có camera theo dõi và kết nối, truyền số liệu về cơ quan chuyên môn về bảo vệ môi trường cấp tỉnh nơi triển khai dự án;”.
