# 5. Sửa đổi, bổ sung khoản 16 như sau:

“16. Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường quy định chi tiết về hồ sơ, trình tự thủ tục cấp điều chỉnh, cấp lại giấy phép môi trường; ban hành các biểu mẫu liên quan đến quy trình cấp điều chỉnh, cấp lại, thu hồi giấy phép môi trường.”.
