# Điều 71. Hiệu lực thi hành

1\. Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 10 tháng 5 năm 2020.

2\. Nghị định này thay thế Nghị định số 33/2017/NĐ-CP ngày 03 tháng 4 năm 2017 của Chính phủ quy định về xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực tài nguyên nước và khoáng sản.
