# Điều 27. Hồ sơ đăng ký làm ngân hàng thanh toán

1\. Giấy đăng ký làm ngân hàng thanh toán theo mẫu ban hành kèm theo Nghị định này.

2\. Bản cung cấp thông tin về ngân hàng, trong đó nêu rõ khả năng, kèm theo hồ sơ chứng minh đáp ứng các yêu cầu theo quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 26 Nghị định này.

3\. Ý kiến bằng văn bản của Tổng công ty lưu ký và bù trừ chứng khoán Việt Nam về việc ngân hàng thương mại đáp ứng được yêu cầu quy định tại điểm d, điểm e khoản 2 Điều 26 Nghị định này.
