# PHỤ LỤC VIII. TRÌNH TỰ, THỦ TỤC THỰC HIỆN TTHC ĐƯỢC PHÂN ĐỊNH TRONG LV KINH TẾ HỢP TÁC \&PT NÔNG THÔN

**Trình tự, thủ tục phê duyệt hỗ trợ liên kết sản xuất**

\- Tổ chức, cá nhân nộp 01 bộ hồ sơ đề nghị phê duyệt hỗ trợ liên kết đến Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã bằng hình thức trực tiếp hoặc môi trường mạng hoặc qua dịch vụ bưu chính;

\- Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã trả lời ngay tính đầy đủ của hồ sơ đối với trường hợp nộp trực tiếp; trả lời tính đầy đủ của hồ sơ trong 01 ngày làm việc đối với trường hợp nộp hồ sơ qua môi trường mạng hoặc qua dịch vụ bưu chính bằng văn bản;

\- Trong thời hạn 15 ngày làm việc sau khi nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, cơ quan chuyên môn về nông nghiệp và môi trường cấp xã tổ chức thẩm định (thành lập Hội đồng thẩm định) và trình Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã xem xét, phê duyệt;

\- Trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ trình của cơ quan chuyên môn về nông nghiệp và môi trường cấp xã, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã quyết định phê duyệt hỗ trợ liên kết; trường hợp không phê duyệt liên kết thì có ngay văn bản thông báo và nêu rõ lý do cho tổ chức, cá nhân.
