# Điều 32. Thẩm quyền của Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã

Quyết định phương án tự vệ để bảo vệ tính mạng nhân dân, hạn chế tổn hại đến loài động vật hoang dã theo quy định tại khoản 3 Điều 10 Nghị định số 160/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 12 tháng 11 năm 2013 của Chính phủ về tiêu chí xác định loài và chế độ quản lý loài thuộc Danh mục loài nguy cấp, quý, hiếm được ưu tiên bảo vệ.
