# Điều 9. Trách nhiệm của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh

Chỉ đạo Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã thực hiện việc thanh lý rừng trồng theo quy định tại điểm a khoản 3 Điều 13 Nghị định số 140/2024/NĐ-CP ngày 25 tháng 10 năm 2024 của Chính phủ quy định về thanh lý rừng trồng.
