# Điều 11. Thẩm quyền của Hội đồng nhân dân cấp xã

1\. Phê duyệt phương án sử dụng tiền dịch vụ môi trường rừng, xét duyệt báo cáo quyết toán kinh phí chi trả dịch vụ môi trường rừng của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã theo quy định tại khoản 4 Điều 70 và điểm g khoản 4 Điều 71 Nghị định số 156/2018/NĐ-CP ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2018 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Lâm nghiệp, đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều tại Nghị định số 91/2024/NĐ-CP ngày 18 tháng 7 năm 2024 của Chính phủ.

2\. Phê duyệt kế hoạch tài chính hằng năm, báo cáo quyết toán của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã theo quy định tại điểm d, điểm đ khoản 3 Điều 9, điểm d khoản 1, điểm d khoản 2 Điều 12 Nghị định số 107/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 28 tháng 12 năm 2022 của Chính phủ về thí điểm chuyển nhượng kết quả giảm phát thải và quản lý tài chính thỏa thuận chi trả giảm phát thải khí nhà kính vùng Bắc Trung Bộ.
