# Điều 37. Thẩm quyền của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã

Kiểm tra, xử lý vi phạm pháp luật, giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo về đo đạc và bản đồ theo thẩm quyền; tham gia quản lý mốc đo đạc theo phân cấp của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh; quản lý nhà nước về đo đạc và bản đồ khác theo phân cấp hoặc ủy quyền của cơ quan quản lý nhà nước cấp trên theo quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 58 Luật Đo đạc và bản đồ.
