*Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ số 63/2025/QH15;*

*Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức chính quyền địa phương số 72/2025/QH15;*

*Căn cứ Luật Bảo vệ môi trường số 72/2020/QH14 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều bởi Luật số 11/2022/QH15, Luật số 16/2023/QH15, Luật số 18/2023/QH15, Luật số 47/2024/QH15, Luật số 54/2024/QH15 và Luật số 146/2025/QH15;*

*Căn cứ Luật Đầu tư công số 58/2024/QH15 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều bởi Luật số 90/2025/QH15;*

*Căn cứ Luật Đầu tư số 61/2020/QH14 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều bởi Luật số 03/2022/QH15, Luật số 57/2024/QH15 và Luật số 143/2025/QH15;*

*Theo đề nghị của Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường;*

*Chính phủ ban hành Nghị định quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Bảo vệ môi trường **về trách nhiệm tái chế sản phẩm, bao bì và trách nhiệm xử lý chất thải của nhà sản xuất, nhập khẩu.***
