# Điều 11. Hình thức hỗ trợ, đối tượng đề nghị hỗ trợ

1\. Hình thức hỗ trợ hoạt động tái chế sản phẩm, bao bì là hỗ trợ một phần kinh phí để tổ chức thu gom, tái chế sản phẩm, bao bì theo cơ chế đề xuất cạnh tranh, số tiền hỗ trợ được tính theo khối lượng sản phẩm, bao bì đã tái chế đáp ứng quy cách tái chế bắt buộc quy định tại Phụ lục I ban hành kèm theo Nghị định này.

2\. Đối tượng đề nghị hỗ trợ hoạt động tái chế sản phẩm, bao bì là đơn vị tái chế hoặc đơn vị tổ chức trách nhiệm tái chế.
