# Điều 134. Ưu đãi về thuế, phí và lệ phí

1\. Ưu đãi về thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp: thu nhập của doanh nghiệp từ thực hiện dự án đầu tư thuộc Danh mục hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường được ưu đãi, hỗ trợ quy định tại khoản 1 và khoản 2 Phụ lục XXX ban hành kèm theo Nghị định này được hưởng ưu đãi thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp theo quy định của pháp luật về thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp.

2\. Ưu đãi các chính sách thuế, phí, lệ phí khác được thực hiện theo quy định của pháp luật về thuế, phí, lệ phí.
