# Điều 1. Phạm vi điều chỉnh

Nghị định này quy định chi tiết một số điều của Luật Bảo vệ môi trường, bao gồm Điều 91 về giảm nhẹ phát thải khí nhà kính, Điều 92 về bảo vệ tầng ô-dôn, Điều 139 về tổ chức và phát triển thị trường các-bon.
