a) Sửa đổi, bổ sung điểm i khoản 2 như sau:

“i) Bộ Tài chính xây dựng, ban hành hoặc trình cơ quan có thẩm quyền ban hành các quy định về quản lý và sử dụng tiền ký quỹ bảo vệ môi trường, thành lập thị trường các-bon trong nước, mua sắm xanh theo quy định của pháp luật; tổng hợp, trình cơ quan có thẩm quyền phân bổ nguồn chi thường xuyên ngân sách nhà nước cho hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường theo quy định của pháp luật; tổ chức thực hiện chính sách, pháp luật về bảo vệ môi trường trong lĩnh vực hải quan;”.

b) Sửa đổi, bổ sung điểm l khoản 2 như sau:

“l) Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam tổ chức thực hiện chính sách quản lý rủi ro về môi trường trong hoạt động cấp tín dụng.”.
